As an Account Executive, you’ll directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new clients in growing their businesses.
Account Executives are fully responsible for developing the new business with B2B2C customers. As an Account Executive, your target is Platforms/ISV organizations. The main goal is to identify and monetize these “Platforms customers” opportunities across all target verticals and proactively pitch value propositions to these potential platforms.
Platform customers are selling business solutions to their B2B2C customers – integrating Infobip’s communication capabilities to add additional value to their solution.
You know you are doing a good job when:
You understand your prospect’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business and can build on your pre-existing relationships. (Ideally, we are looking for experience in selling to e-commerce, MarTech, CRM, ERP, FinTech or healthcare industries).
You identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products
You have an excellent overview of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.
You manage sales (via Salesforce) from forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning to close.
You proactively seek new business opportunities in the platform customer segment to grow your pipeline, as well as identify potential blockers, thus successfully transforming them into initiatives.
You’re a person who demonstrates consistent achievement, if not over-achieve, of your quarterly/annual targets (# of converted target leads into opportunities, revenue, and gross profit, etc.)
You work cohesively with the Inside Sales team to take over leads and with Sales Engineering on developing service/solution proposals.
You collaborate and coordinate the handover of the account with the Account Growth team who will focus on further growing the acquired account by the Account Executive
Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships as a team member, mentoring to others, and having a positive impact on the overall team culture.
At least 3+ years of experience in sales with a reasonable understanding of APIs/technical background in your field of expertise.
Experience selling into ISVs is a plus
Establishing meaningful relationships in B2B2C field
Experience negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
You have had a successful sales track record
Strong experience in managing the full sales cycle
You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts
Infobip product knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip’s competitors
Interaction with C-level players
Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent written/oral communication skills
