Position : Assistant Project Manager
Description :
Continental Marketing, Inc is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will assist Account Managers in all phases of bringing a product to market. This includes managing timelines on multiple projects, meeting deadlines, reviewing all documents for accuracy and providing any missing information, reviewing packaging, tracking orders and financial liabilities.
We have been working with Costco, Fred Meyers, Amazon, and many other top retailers in the US and Canada to help bridge the gap between manufacture and the retailer/marketplace. For over 40 years, CMI leverages expert sales and marketing representation backed by 250 years’ collective experience in retail and merchandising. We are looking to hire a full time Assistant Project Manager in our Kent Washington location.
REQUIREMENTS:
College Education Preferred
Experience in a buying office, or sales support role with an Importer or Wholesaler
Strong capabilities with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a small office environment
Possess the capabilities to take on more responsibility in the future, and work independently
