The Freedom Corporate Solutions division, located in Mustang, OK, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Services Associate. This is a permanent, full-time position that we are excited to add to our team.
Job Summary:
The Business Services Associate is responsible for executing standard clerical tasks in office and overseeing routine & advanced duties of company officers. Candidate will classify, record, verify, and maintain data in support of all administrative functions. Under supervision, Candidate will develop a working knowledge and understanding of the company?s business systems, organizational structure, and processes. Perform routine accounting duties for accounts payable and accounts receivable division. Candidate will assist in employee relations and payroll processing related functions ? carrying out assigned responsibilities in the following areas: onboarding, benefits administration, payroll operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Timely and accurate keying of general ledger AR/AP journal entries.
Process and post various receipts, invoices, and credit memos to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, and databases.
Perform month-end tasks to assist in the preparation of monthly financials.
Maintains payment card (P-Card) system transactions.
Review work product for Quality Assurance & Quality Control of invoices, to ensure accuracy to reduce rework.
Audits invoices against purchase orders, research discrepancies, and approve for payment.
Updates and maintain current billing files so accurate records are maintained enabling processing of timely billing reports.
Communicates telephonically and electronically and in a professional manner with regionals, directors, other facility staff, customers, and vendors.
Oversees the employee on-boarding process.
Maintains accurate employment records and personnel files in compliance with company standards and applicable state and federal guidelines.
Process employee background checks and reports.
Enters all new hire I-9s into E-Verify federal database
Process involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments
Responds to unemployment claims & filing appeals.
Responsible for the timely entry of new hires, pay rates, pay status changes and termination information of all employees into the center?s payroll and timekeeping systems.
Communicates with Corporate Payroll to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, terminations, transfers and rate changes.
Edits for discrepancies and prepares punch detail report for final processing of payroll to meet bi-weekly payroll deadline and ensure employees are paid accurately.
Assists with the open enrollment process.
Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollment
Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
Respond to verification of employment and income requests
Assist in other projects and functions within the department to meet departmental deadlines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
