Aston Carter is presently seeking entry level candidates to support a leading eCommerce company. These contract Investigation Specialist positions will require onsite work within Bellevue via a hybrid schedule.
Daily Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm; Training will be 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Bellevue, WA working a hybrid schedule in office Tuesday-Thursday; WFH Monday and Friday
The team focuses on incident management and driver safety initiatives for the delivery network. The Investigation Specialist is an integral part of the operations team, performing high judgement investigations and research for informed decision making and appropriate actions taken to improve the experience when incidents occur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for incident handling and investigation, while leveraging multiple tools to complete complicated, high-judgement investigations and decision-making
Evaluating root cause and performing data analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Escalating trends in issues or pain points occurring within the process
Working collaboratively with team members to navigate ambiguous cases and create frameworks to drive performance consistency across the team.
Review and monitor all dashboards (driver investigation start to finish or approving or rejecting payment made to customer or sent or DSP) for property damage and incident claims (for all drivers on routes)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1+ year of applicable administrative experience; any experience w/ case management and/or investigations is desirable
Strong technical skills including experience w/ MS Office Suite
Ability to make strong judgements
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to successfully multi-task
