Ensure all drink orders are served in a timely manner.
Follows all alcohol safety standards including checking identification to ensure the minimum drinking age requirements are met.
Ensure that guests are not over-served, reaching the point of intoxication.

Upholds cleanliness standards for station and shared areas of responsibility.
Performs financial transactions and processes guest payments for the good and services delivered.
Clean, sanitize, and stocks supplies for the next shift’s business in all casino floor beverage stations on the floor and in bar service areas P erf o r ms oth e r job-related duti e s a s assigned.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Ability to obtain a state issued Alcoholic Beverage License

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work may be performed in a variety of settings, on the casino floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke.
Work with crowd noise and loud live band events.
Work will require working varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed.
Work requires lifting objects up to 50lbs.
