Description :
This is an amazing opportunity that offers Insurance training and a paid study wage while you are in training.
After you have successfully completed your training you will get an increase in your hourly wage and you will be able to earn Commissions and Quarterly Bonuses from the promotions that State Farm offers.
The second raise you will get will come after you successfully pass a 90 day evaluation and last you will get an addition raise at your 1 year review.

Because this career has to do with Auto Insurance ,Home Insurance and Life Insurance you will be asking our customers weather they have or are Interested in life insurance
· So here are the main questions to ask yourself?
1. Can I consistently ask people if they currently have Life Insurance?
2. After you discover a need, can you pivot 100% of the time and offer one of our many life Insurance products every time you discover a need.
3. Are you comfortable sitting down with our customers or prospects and asking deep financial questions to uncover a need and offer one of the many Insurance products that we offer?
4. Are you comfortable visiting businesses, dealerships, and / or any other avenue that will give you an edge to grow the business.
Job requirements:
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage’s, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Explain in detail insurance policy contracts to customers after they have purchased one of our many products like Auto, Home, Renters, Business, Health Insurance and Life Insurance. We also offer bank products now so this gives you the best opportunity to offer Financial products
Answer incoming Telephone calls, Answer to incoming emails and respond to customer request.
Some sales experience is required
Bilingual preferred
