We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Team.
In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer calls and covert inquiring customers into physical showroom appointmentsRespond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates while building rapport with prospectsProvide customers with initial product information & create excitement surrounding the dealership, the manufacturer and their car of interest.Present initial financing options based on customer needsFollow up with no-shows to reschedule in a timely fashion and confirm appointments setCreate and maintain a list/database of potential clients and update client files appropriately in our CRMProvide a best in class customer experience and respond to each prospect’s needs in a timely fashionUtilize CRM tracking system daily
QualificationsAt least one previous role with sales quota’s or appointment setting or inside sales required (2+ years)Ideally experienced in customer service and/or customer experience rolesStrong interpersonal, listening and communication skills (written and verbal)Extremely strong follow up and follow through skillsStrong problem solving skills and a sense of responsibility to the needs of our customers/prospectsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficientlyTeam player attitude, self-motivated, adaptable and flexiblePrompt and courteousEnthusiastic personalityMust have strong computer skillsMust be willing to work varying shifts and weekends are requiredPre-employment background check & drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Holidays
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
