We take a hands-on approach and facilitate the acquisition of new consumers and manage the long-lasting relationships that we establish. As an experienced team in customer support and sales, we seek to provide unique and innovative strategies to drive profitable growth for the clients we conduct business with.
As A Customer Support Representative You Will:
Educate and provide accurate information directly to consumers regarding purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or impending sales promotions
Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our client’s customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution
Support our sales professionals in assisting customers, overturning objections, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales
Maintain detailed customer account information including address, contact information, and billing
What We Look For From Our Customer Support Representative:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales
An outgoing personality and the natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and other team members within the Customer Support Representative team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $52,500.00 per year
