What you’ll do as Document Control & Change Management Specialist:
Collaborate with cross functional teams on the development, review, and release of documents or changes.
Use quality systems principles, industry best practices, and legal requirements as a guide in document control decisions.
Ensure the accuracy of the electronic Device Master Record (DMR), Bill of Material (BOM), and change paper documentation using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Coordinate and track Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO) and authorizations. Evaluate submittals to ensure process compliance and provide regular status updates on ECR/ECO backlog.
Administer the DMR, ECOs, and BOMs through the release and distribution process.
Establish and maintain document policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Organize, update, and maintain documents in electronic drawing management systems.
Support the transfer of QMS from a manual, shared drive configuration to a structured enterprise management system.
Perform the day-to-day management and periodic audits of document repository systems and document change request process.
Actively participate in Lean process improvement efforts.
What you need to be successful:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, computer technology, or related field.
3-5 years’ document control and records management experience.
2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience reviewing and interpreting BOMs, ECRs/ECOs, and DMR.
Working knowledge of drafting and engineering practices as well as configuration management processes and practices.
Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high priority objectives.
Flexibility and willingness to pivot focus – this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A team oriented approach – you’ll collaborate regularly with multiple departments.
Experience solving complex problems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP software desired.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay starts at $60,000.00 per year, based on experience.

Hours & Work Address:
This is a full-time, in-person, salaried opportunity working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with additional hours as needed to complete time sensitive projects.
