Our Executive Support Professionals are highly-respected because their skills are quite simply, essential. You’d be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced team and would work with some of the most creative, intelligent people in the business.
You would be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the leaders you support. You also will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the VP’s and Exec Director including;
managing an extremely active calendar; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Responsible for keeping our Seattle offices running by working with our internal team called “Workplace Experiences.” We need to help WE make sure VTC systems
work in conference rooms, coffee is stocked, and rooms are presentable. This individual will also be our main contact for coordinating events for our Seattle staff.
The relationship you form with the executives you support is absolutely critical, because that’s what enables you to become a true partner. In addition to understanding your executive’s business — and business needs — inside and out, you’ll also need deep knowledge of the leadership and workings of Disney Streaming Services and of related departments across the company’s enterprise. As the “face” of your executives, your professionalism, loyalty and attitude are a reflection of the office, and as such, are a key component to its success. Every day as an Executive Support Professional is different!
Interface directly with other executives and their support teams – your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your job;
Review your leader’s schedule to build in time for things like thinking and traveling to
their next meeting;
Schedule conference rooms, meetings and Zoom calls;
Be ready to throw the entire schedule out the door when an emergency comes up, then
pick it up again when the dust settles;
Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information, remembering that Disney is a
publicly traded company;
Assist with on-boarding new employees – you’ll be the “friendly face” that newbies count on to answer all their questions, including some who are tenured in the
organization;
Help plan team building and off-site events;
Create a multi-city travel itinerary, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic and fatigue levels;
Help manage our Seattle office space and work with facilities on any projects that might
need to be completed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bulk of the role will be heavy calendar management and travel expense entry.
Basic Qualifications o At least 3 years of providing administrative assistant support at the executive level or above
o Strong written and verbal communication skills,
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables;
o Proficiency with all types of computers, phones and office equipment;
o A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected;
o Complete reliability handling confidential information;
o Desire to go the extra mile without being asked; willingness to learn
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; and
o A professional demeanor, positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
Required Education High School degree and/or equivalent
