Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Contracts Procurement Agents (Level 3) to join the Materials & Standards Contracts and Sourcing Organization in Everett, Washington.
Successful candidates will have responsibility for all contracting activities for various categories within Materials and Standards (M&S). They will oversee all procurement activities in close partnership with operations, category management & finance.

Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Cross functionally coordinates all procurement activities with finance, category management, operations, and engineering.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
3+ years’ experience in contract negotiations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Access and Project
5+ years of experience applying critical thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
3+ years’ experience with Project Management
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $79,900 – $109,980
