The Boeing Facilities and Asset Management (F&AM) organization is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Tukwila, WA.

A successful candidate in this position will work hand in hand with our building and infrastructure maintenance managers to ensure successful and timely completion of all scheduled work. Collect and log data from various systems, perform analysis, summarize findings, make recommendations and implement improvements.

Position Responsibilities:

Defines methodology for data collection from various systems to perform analysis
Analyzes trend data to identify opportunities for improvement
Using ingenuity and innovation, identifies and creates solutions to complex problems
Analysis may result in the development of regional resolution plans for buildings, equipment, systems, processes, and procedures
Leads studies and research efforts using varied media (such as financial data, internet, reports, benchmarking studies, new technology, etc.) for determining feasibility, viability, or capability in support of a program, project or customer request
Prepares and presents reports with options and recommendations that may have regional impact
Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents
Supports curriculum development and creation of training materials
Performs problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating, developing and preparing alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience with Maximo or other computer maintenance management systems

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2)
Bachelor’s degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mid-Level (Level 3)
Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
