Job Skills / Requirements
Job Description
As you might expect, Facility Supervision will be at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
Repair plastic product bins as well as metal bends and breaks
Maintain goal of units completed per week
Use and train employees on using tools safely and properly to effectively repair product carts
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at multiple work sites engaged in product repair services
Assigns Product Repair work to employees, following material and work requirements
Inspects work performed to ensure performance to specifications and established standards
Ensures clients are satisfied with current performance of team
Confers with and coaches’ staff to resolve production and personnel problems
Records personnel data on specified forms
Salary: Up to $52K DOE
Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
Requirements:
You must be 18 years old.
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Experience with tools and spot welder a plus!
Be comfortable in a busy warehouse setting.
Be comfortable in being in hot and cold temperatures.
At least 2 years of Supervisory Experience.
