*Wednesday – Saturday shift
Wednesday: 7am – 5pm Thursday: 7am – 6:30pm Friday: 5am – 6:30pm Saturday: 5am – 6:30pm
Compensation:
$75,000 – $85,000 + 10% annual performance bonus

Requirements:
3 years experience as fleet/maintenance related supervisor or lead technician
Strong computer skills – use of MS word and excel for report writing
Leadership skills – managing 8 technicians who directly report to you
People skills – coaching and working with your team
Able to work 1st shift – Wednesday – Saturday
Need to have a strong understanding of diesel repair for coaching and working on the trucks as needed
The Job:
We have a large fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and need a dependable fleet/maintenance supervisor to manage our 4-8 diesel repair technicians, who will directly report to you. This is a supervisor leadership position for dependable folks who understand fleet maintenance. Your team of technicians are well-trained workers and the fleet is in excellent condition.
We need a leader in our shop, someone who can manage the technicians, write the reports, organize and lead the daily operations while also working on the trucks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
