Description :
Widerman Malek, PL is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at our location in Melbourne, Florida.
-Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls accordingly
-Take and relay messages
-Provide information to clients both over the phone and in-person
-Receive and sort mail, as well as deliveries
-Provide general administrative and clerical support
-Prepare correspondence and documents
-Open new client files
-Manage client account activity
-Filing, faxing, emailing, and scanning documents
-Communicating with other legal professionals
-Scheduling consultations and maintaining calendars for the office
You must be an excellent communicator, well organized, and proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a personal and professional presentation.
A 2-year degree or 2 years of law office experience is preferred but not required. Experience in TABS billing software is also a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
