We are an Eastside based CPA firm who needs a full-charge bookkeeper to manage multiple clients. This person should be someone who is self-motivated and driven, who works well independently and enjoys their work. Our office atmosphere and approach is collaborative and team-oriented.
We are looking for an employee to hire, not an independent or outside contractor, and offer an array of benefits in addition to a competitive salary. We have hybrid schedules available so you can work a mix of remote and in the office. There may also be time where you would need to work at a client’s location remotely.
Candidates for this position must have extensive QuickBooks experience as well as experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual filings through the QB’s software products, payroll and excise taxes (State/Federal/Local), and financial statements.
