We are recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. We encourage remote candidates for this position. Honestly, the tech setup for remote designing alone is enough reason to keep checking out this job (real talk!).
This is a truly exciting time to be a part of the Nautilus, Inc. Creative Team. As a Graphic Designer on the Creative and Brand team you’ll work closely with the Creative Director ( hey, that’s me, Michael Robinson) to help build the future of all Nautilus brands and products. You probably read that exact promise from other companies – but in this case I’m actually serious – if you want to be hands-on driving the direction of big name brands, this is the job for you. You’ll literally be at the center of all global creative development for the entire company. All. Not just some portioned-out, nuanced part of an area of our design work. The whole thing. Our industry is a wild place right now. We want to shake things up. It should be a fun ride.
You game? Keep reading.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, motivated to learn, and sees every opportunity to expand their skillset with the flexibility and focus to multi-task in a fast-paced collaborative environment. This isn’t some take-my-orders and design what I tell you to design team or job. I’m also not that kind of boss (ugh). I want your big ideas and I’ll empower you to bring them to life and develop in your role to the future you want. (*Michael still talking here since I’m doing the whole first person third person thing SMH )
We’re living in a digital world and things are moving fast. Heck, I just got on TikTok (almost). In this role you’ll be asked to creatively problem solve and elevate the customer experience across all omnichannel brand touchpoints including but definitely not limited to: web, social, print, email, in-store experience, and more. You can’t do this by becoming just another number in our company mindlessly working on design templates and never actually learning about our business. Nope, that’s weak sauce. You’ll build relationships across the company, interact with leadership, and learn so much more about marketing, our business, and the customer so that you can use this to better execute briefed projects. From designing seasonal campaigns to launching large brand initiatives to art directing photo shoots (yes, I’ve very cool with you becoming so great you take my job one day, in-fact I literally want someone who aspires to do that) you’ll be a pivotal member driving all-new brand aesthetic and evolution. I want to go big this year.

Sounds pretty legit if you ask me. I’m ready to hear from you. Let’s goooooooo!
