Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a Nonprofit organization seeking a Help Desk Technician in Charlottesville, VA. This position is 100% onsite; candidate must be able to drive to any of their locations (company car will be provided). Selected candidate must be fully vaccinated. Responsibilities:
Answer/resolve helpdesk requests in person and via phone as well as hardware and software issues
Deliver/setup PCs on the network, supported software, and components
Assign, administer, and configure network user and email accounts
Maintain task status and document resolutions in tracking system as well as with users
Provide training on computer and software use
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Knowledge of PC configuration/upgrading as well as network concepts
Microsoft Office applications skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
Valid Virginia’s license, acceptable driving record, and valid personal automobile insurance (company car will be provided)
COVID-19 vaccine: must be fully vaccinated before starting
