Saber Healthcare is looking for an energetic Hospital & Community Liaison for our Danville market to support our skilled nursing communities with growing and maintaining market share and presence in our hospitals and communities we serve.

Qualified Candidates:
MUST HAVE experience in skilled nursing facility admission/ marketing and referral assessments
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Have clinical knowledge and be able to read referrals, assess patient needs and assist in making clinical acceptance decisions for our communities.
Work to grow market share by increasing conversions from hospitals to our communities
Provide onsite support at hospitals and assist potential clients with making their community of choice and assist case management with finding the appropriate skilled nursing community for their referrals.
Engage facilities with the communities they serve by providing outreach programs to local senior organizations and senior living communities
Work with communities to build and work business development plans to achieve census goals as well as increase referral sources and overall market share
