Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 DOE

This position is out of our National Support Office (NSO)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for HR department
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as terminations, sick leaves/vacation, 401k, health benefits
Help in payroll procedures, billing, and accounting functions
Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
Answer telephone calls and provide needed verifications
Create reports for senior management
Assist in implementation of company culture programs
