Job Summary:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and administer employee policies
Provide advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Support HR department in implementing programs to assist in improving employee relations
Provide proactive recruiting assistance
Maintain on going relationships with talent acquisition team and operations team
Identify improvement possibilities in all aspects of HR
Prepare offer of employment and separation letters
QUALIFICATIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years’ experience in HR
Experience with HR policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with MS office suite
Familiar with federal and Washington State Labor Laws and Regulations
