Description :
Hopeful Hands Inc, is an established behavioral health agency, licensed through the state of Washington, serving many local school districts & medical facilites. We expanded our services in 2020 and created a separate division of the agency to provide applied behavior analysis services (ABA) and speech and language services (SLP) in the clinic setting.
We are growing again and are now offering in-home ABA services in the North Seattle area. We are looking for reliable and engaging certified behavior technicians (CBT’s) to join our in-home services team.
Our in-home services team is supervised by an experienced BCBA that works closely with CBT’s, other providers, and families. Practicum supervision for those seeking BCBA certification is available.
Work Location: North Seattle, WA & Surrounding Areas
Part-Time 15-35hrs. Opportunities to work in other arms of the agency to supplement hours are available.
Medical and Dental benefits
Pay range: $22.50-27.50 hr DOE
Requirements:
Current CBT or Ability to complete CBT training & application within 1 month of hire date
High School Diploma
Reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Must be COVID vaccinated and up-to-date (booster)
Positive attitude
Preferences:
CBT credential
RBT credential
Bachelor Degree
Previous ABA experience
Previous work with neurodiverse youth
