As a lead for Delivery, you will be responsible to new demand prioritization, demand intake, resource management of delivery management team and portfolio management to ensure customer delivery expectations are met and risk are mitigated appropriately. . In addition to relationship management and portfolio management, as lead for delivery you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring of delivery team members. This includes performance management, skill assessment and development and long term career planning and direction setting. In addition to GOMD focus, this role will also be a leader among delivery peers and work to “raise the bar” on delivery capability across Delivery organization. This role will also be a key member of delivery leadership team to assist in overall organizational strategy and organizational talent grooming and succession planning.

Guide the team and ensure all are working towards a common goal with an understanding of overarching vision. Ensure team is educated on business process, business strategy and business outcomes to influence the quality of the delivery and change management for desired adoption goals.
Develop partner strategy to increase the quality of Vendor management discipline to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Look toward LEAN opportunities in continuous improvement of efficient processes and effective role differentiation
Partner across engineering teams for collaborative work environments building trust for goal of improved product and improved customer experience.
Provide thought leadership to Program Governance activities that can help drive delivery efficiencies
Focus on customer experience and unparalleled colleague experience through customer journey map development and account plan development for GOMD

Qualifications:
Ability to set challenging goals and objectives, prioritize, and manage situations to to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Demonstrated leadership in major infrastructure areas such as end point, identity, compute, storage, cloud, and remote access.
Demonstrate leadership in talent management, resource management, portfolio management, program management, relationship management and financial management.
Experience leading within a global, matrixed management organization with the ability to influence without authority
Advanced experience with agile methodologies. Experience with SCRUM/ Kanban and preferably SAFe framework.
Experience in Lean Portfolio Management and Six Sigma Black Belt
Experience in Project Management Institute PMP framework
Experience leading change and working in an organizational transformation.
Extensive vendor selection, management and negotiation experience in global environments
Strong interpersonal, team building, and motivational skills
A passion to mentor and develop strong talent
Self-motivated, adaptable, able to prioritize and motivate others
Lifelong learning aptitude and continuous skill development philosophy
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present strategies and roadmaps
