Position : Junior Designer
Description :
Preparing all necessary paperwork for each project, which includes but is not limited to:
– Contract with detailed Scope of Work
– Design Services Invoice
– Design Materials/Fixtures Budgets
– Design Schedule
– Developing all necessary ‘creative’ work/visuals for each project, which includes but is not limited to:
– Auto CAD Plan Drawings (2D)
– Auto CAD Elevation Drawings (2D)
– Digital ‘Mood’ Creative
– Tactile Samples/Product Visuals
– Creating detailed specification sheets which correspond to CAD drawings and include pricing
– Facilitating all client meetings/ all correspondence with client
– Sourcing all fixtures and decor elements (fabric, furniture, lighting, hardware, rugs and accessories etc.)
– Ordering all fixtures and decor elements once confirmed with Sarah/Client
– Coordinating with vendors/trades to ensure timely installation of projects
– Scheduling, coordinating and facilitating deliveries
– Frequent site check ins and correspondence with appropriate crews
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
