Responsibilities and Duties
Home Care Aide (HCA) are responsible for the tasks of personal care of the client’s ADLS and IADLS. To provide care and assistance for their everyday schedules to ensure their needs are meet with tasks like bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, transfers, and companionship.
Salary
The base rate for a Home Care Aide (HCA) is $17.50 is the training wage and then you move up to a higher rate once you have completed your license. PAID travel time and mileage reimbursement in between client shifts when working back-to-back. We are offering a Stipend for working at least 3 shifts a week.
Shift
Part Time/Full Time Work is Available at your Training Pace.
Qualifications and Skills
Home Care Aide (HCA) must complete a state-approved training program. Received your state license through the state of WA. Be up to date on CEUS, CPR/FA Card, Food Handlers Card, and Covid Vaccine Card. Must be able to past Background Check and Drug Test. GED or High School Diploma. Excellent interpersonal skills with patience and empathy. Communication skills for listening to direction and to the client’s requests and needs. Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
