PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare correspondence and other documents
Answer inbound calls and respond to inbound emails
Maintain calendar and schedule, including managing phone calls and meetings
Make outbound calls, and send emails, on behalf of firm’s employees
Draft letters, memos, correspondence, and legal documents for attorney review and/or filing
Prepare and edit documents and legal forms
Provide backup administrative assistance
Provide general office duties including, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, answering phones
Uphold and maintain good employee, and customer, relations, and a positive team atmosphere
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of prior law firm experience required.
Transactional experience required.
1+ years MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.
Tax/Corporate experience strongly preferred.
Trusts and Estate or Real Estate Law preferred.
