Working independently, administers the Consumer Loan, Commercial Loan and Real Estate Loan portfolios including support of loan officers in servicing the documentary records and files pertaining to these portfolios including follow-up for trailing documents and maintaining current insurance, financial statements, tax receipts, etc. Monitors loans for compliance with loan policy and for appropriate disclosure of policy exceptions. Responsible for recognizing needed changes to policy and bringing same to management attention.
Essential Functions:
Review Reports; Non-post items, New Loans, Payment Activity, Paid Off Loan Report, Participation Payments, Note Exception Report
Posts internal loan transactions, wire out participation payments and quote payoffs.
Assists customers with loan advances, loan payments, wire transfers from loan proceeds
Assists Loan Administrators with follow-up and scanning of loan collateral documentation i.e. Recorded deeds of trust, Final Title Policies, Assignment of Leases, Auto Titles, Insurance…
Post-booking review.
Assists Loan Administrators with document scanning and organization of those documents online
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Loan Servicing
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to interpret variety of instructions furnished in oral or written form.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Dependable and flexible to work, when there is a business need.
