Division: Air & Sea US Job Posting Title: Logistics Coordinator Time Type: Full Time
Job Overview: DSV Air & Sea is looking for a warehouse clerk to manage paperwork and complete data entry in the warehouse office.
Responsibilities:
Check in truck drivers and collect proper ID per TSA regulations
Print paperwork and resolve issues through email correspondence
Understand and follow TSA and US Customs regulations
Perform data entry in Microsoft Excel
Perform physical tasks in the warehouse during downtime
Filling must be done daily
Other job functions as needed on the day to day
Working with Inventory and ensuring to communicate with the branch to ensure cargo is not sitting longer than 15 days in the CFS
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Minimum 5yr experience with handle on ocean/Air CFS handling and compliance
Knowledge of TSA and US Customs regulations
Ability to manage time effectively
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Education and Experience:
Highschool Diploma Required
