Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
This position is a critical element in the continued development and expansion of the CBIZ-Stinnett Supply Chain Services offering. Currently, we have an established clientele with the strategy of continued development, refinement, and growth.
The responsibilities of this position include:

Establishing and maintaining ongoing client relationships with key client stakeholders and senior management.
Participating in and leading engagements to assess our client’s the current maturity and design of supply chain practices, standards and organizational structure.
Assisting clients in redesigning and implementing an appropriate supply chain function or specific elements of supply chain management.
Leading a team of professionals in the execution of client engagements with the goal of exceeding the client’s expectations.
Participating in practice development events and presentations. This includes responding to RFPs and helping to prepare client proposals.
Providing training to team members, CBIZ management and clients in the tenets of Supply Chain Management including key models, philosophies, organizational structures, and approaches.
Coach and develop team members as needed.
Work with existing Supply Chain Services personnel to assist in:

Identifying and implementing key metrics for tracking and increasing the effectiveness of our services.
Establishing and monitoring profitability goals.
Establishing an effective marketing strategy
Developing and implementing efficient internal methodologies, tools and procedures.
Creating and implementing training for team members and other key project participants.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 10 years’ experience in consulting and/or management in supply chain and logistics.
Two or more of the following:

Sales and Operations Planning
Product Lifecycle Management
Contract and Third Party Risk Management
Inventory Management

Either experience in external consulting in Supply Chain Management practices or implementing and restructuring SCM functions within a company.
Managerial experience in developing and leading successful teams.
Policy and process procedure development.
Familiarization with standard supply chain models

Business development experience such as responding to RFPs and preparing proposals.
Formal educational credentials in supply chain management such as a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree.
Professional SCM certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, SCOR, or CPIM.

Industry experience should include one or more of the following:

Manufacturing (preferred)
Oil and Gas

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
6 years of experience in supply chain or related field
3 years supervisory experience
Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
