Achieve sales and profitability goals as provided by the US Sales Director.
Formulate and lead initiatives in the US to dramatically grow product sales in the IAQ segment.
Create innovate approaches to improve customer experience and customer management.
Develop new customers and end users through market research, networking, business associations and other means to deliver year over year organic growth.
Perform strategic account analysis for new and existing key accounts and distributors. Recommend changes in route-to-market and distributor line-up as necessary to ensure growth.
Support Company business objectives, goals and plans and provide leadership within scope of responsibility to meet and exceed expectations.
Recommend product portfolio requirements and positioning for growth, and gain internal acceptance and action via compiled business assessments, voice of the customer and presentations.
Help define performance specifications and certification requirements of new products.
A minimum of ten years of sales management experience on a regional or national level in air filtration or a similar industry with proven track record of growth and new customer acquisition.
Experience selling through multiple channels (e.g. distributors, OEMs, direct, online) highly preferred.
Collaboration experience with marketing to develop clear and compelling value proposition.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field.
Negotiation and contract management skills.
Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Must be capable of traveling 30%+ including multiple night trips.
