Duties:
Consistently and effectively communicate with overseas team, carriers, and customers on new bookings, documentation, and status of shipments as well as suggest and implement corrective action in cases where there are exceptions or delays
Monitor shipments daily to ensure required documents are being received and sent for import filings and customs clearance
Assist with creating and maintaining customer SOPs
Maintain accurate, quality data to be used for reporting and KPI purposes
Pay: $60,000-70,000 annually
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in ocean import processes and procedures
