Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic, outgoing, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the daily operation of the Spokane Corporate office including facilities planning and maintenance, general office services and mailroom organization.
Primary contact for all maintenance and repair vendors for maintenance work. Contact and schedule vendors when necessary to perform repairs.
Formulate, recommend, and ensure compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishings.
Maintain basement storage
Ensure proper tracking and ordering of all café related items, mailroom supplies, and other requests.
Provide technical assistance upon request and place services call for office equipment. (Copiers and Postage Machine)
Maintain recycle, shredding, needed repairs, etc.
Maintain security card key access system and building parking program.
Answer lobby door for visitors and guests as needed.
Distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail to include courier shipments.
Maintain UPS/FedEx, coordinating package deliveries and shipments.
Order postage, maintain equipment and mailing supplies.
Review and process invoices for general office service to include postage meter, copy machines and related invoices.
Building security contact. Will notify security of any known visitors to the corporate office
Work orders through the building
Ensure conference rooms are kept in working order and supplied
Work with the COS to ensure office is operating smoothly and all needs of staff are being met
General office duties
Will work with Chief of Staff (COS) on new employee set-up

Intermediate knowledge and ability to use postage machine/understand postage rates and other office machines.
Exhibit expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
Showcase stellar decision-making abilities, superb attention to detail, and strong judgement and problem-solving skills.
Possess a high calibre of organizational skills and enjoy the challenges of supporting a corporate office.
