Position : Operations Administrator
As an operations administrator, you will be supporting the efforts of the fulfillment center assisting the General Manager’s admin, People & Org team, as well as the operations team in a variety of duties. Some of the duties include payroll, reporting, Powerpoint presentations, communication for the facility, controlling new hire system access, and other duties as assigned.
35% Responsible for handling basic payroll, attendance, and scheduling systems.
20% Own updating phone systems, phone messages, call-off hotlines, call’em all’s, communication tv’s, overtime boards, and other forms of team member facing communication systems
5% Own and maintain site communication newsletter
5% Own and maintain site iCare board which allows our team members to voice and escalate concerns regarding the fulfillment center and operation
10% Create and manage new hires into our systems of record keeping.
5% Generates and creates corrective actions on an as needed basis for the operations team
10% Support building efforts through assisting the GM admin, people & org team, and operations team with duties as requested by your leader
5% Assisting team members requests as directed by your leader during breaks and lunch times.
5% Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned.
Must have a general working knowledge of how computers operate – excel, Powerpoint knowledge is highly beneficial in this role
Ability to coordinate a number of activities with multiple components requiring independent follow through and attention to detail.
Comfortable in a multi-task environment with frequent interruptions and short deadlines, and sometimes a high degree of pressure.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
Ability to work with confidential information
High school diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree in related field
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to include Powerpoint and Excel
Previous experience in a payroll system
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
