Order Coordinator
Precept Wine is the second largest privately owned wine company in the Northwest. We’re seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards, wineries, and world-class tasting rooms. Currently we are looking for the best and brightest to fill an immediate opening for Order Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales Logistics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Work with purchasing agents, freight companies, warehouse personnel and sales staff to ensure proper communication and timely action by all parties
Act as primary point of contact for assigned warehouse and related customer network
Notify Inventory Group of inventory discrepancies in a timely manner and assist in the research and/or correction of related issues
Actively communicate product availability, as well as order and shipment status
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
High school degree required; college degree preferred
Strong customer service, project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational stills, extremely detail oriented with attention to accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
The applicant must be flexible, professional, highly motivated, and must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
