Description :
Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. Weldco prides itself on providing a great employee experience where safety is a way of life. Weldco-Beales is currently recruiting a Outside Heavy Equipment Sales Representative in the Pacific Northwest region. This position is remote and will report to the Langley Branch General Manager.
The ideal candidate will reside in Washington or Oregon with the ability to travel.

What you will do:

Provide full customer service to ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after the sales transaction
Identify and assess customer needs, show customers how the products and services being offered satisfy those requirements and recommend the appropriate product and services
Communicating with various staff to ensure customer orders are accurately processed and delivered as promised in a prompt and timely fashion
Negotiating and closing sales deals and maximizing the production department capability to ensure the profitability of WBM
Compiling, writing and submitting accurate weekly and monthly sales reports prior to deadlines
Conducting one-on-one training, seminars or workshops to customers’ staff in the operation and maintenance of the product
Identifying and accurately relaying pertinent customer information to the engineering department for product development
Work remotely and on the road
Some travel to Langley BC Canada required

Your qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in technical sales
Post secondary education in a related field a definite asset
Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle

Knowledge of heavy duty attachments and heavy equipment
Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others
Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent safety record
Strong presentation skills to listen, write and speak in a clear and concise manner
