Responsibilities:

This role will be within the centralized PMO function and will support key programs and provide operational support for central business rhythms.

Consistently deliver programs and meet goals on time
Identify opportunities to align projects to business-critical initiatives, and drive cross-functional programs to improve team performance and abilities
Take a thoughtful and strategic approach to getting work done and prioritizing and escalating where appropriate
Go deep technically when necessary to understand software architecture and software development fundamentals
Work well with ambiguity and know how to engage leaders cross-functionally to build a plan and communicate to a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Take the initiative to work on various programs when asked, jumping in where needed to support the broader company goals
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and driven to keep people and processes organized
Experience in core program management competencies including budget, scope, schedule, requirements, quality, risk and critical path management
Project and time management and organization skills

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of work experience in related field
Sufficient technical depth to understand and participate in design, tooling, and implementation discussions and decisions
Passion and excitement for new technologies
Technical expertise in DevOps framework and Cloud native tools (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience interacting with customers, senior executives, and business leaders
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
Interest in identifying opportunities for engineering training, skills development and growth
Knowledge of business operations
Hands on experience implementing new engineering operational processes
Seeks to develop systems thinking skills, business acumen (ROI, cost-benefit analysis), and a department-wide perspective to decision making
Advanced knowledge/education in engineering
