Description :
Equivalent Experience

A project coordinator who will support on maintaining the backlog tracker, maintain JIRA, and also coordinate scheduling for various global stakeholders for meetings. This individual will help manage teams and all of projects and backlog trackers to the internal project management team will not have to worry about following up with stakeholders and scheduling for intenstance. This individual will ensure that there are no blockers or hindrances on the backlogs and tracker. This individual will be part of the Payment Operations Analytics team within the Global Payments organization with eBay. Any prior exposure or experience within payments or financial industry would be a plus.
(Day to Day activities)
Conducting daily stand-ups, Scheduling meetings with the stakeholders, setting up and maintaining JIRA board for the team, Ensuring delivery of the projects on sprint basis , Working closely with the team to resolve any dependencies/blockers with external teams, Project Updates on weekly basis to the stakeholders, Ensuring project work complies with practices, policies and standard operating procedures.
(Key responsibilities)

Tracking the progress of project(s), including milestones, action items and issues.
Participating in required meetings, activities, and related projects and relevant interdepartmental activities.
Knowledge of Jira (preferred) or similar ticketing tool
Experienced in Coaching /Leadership
Coaching or leadership experience would help with guiding the team around priorities, following the scrum process, ensuring work committed in the sprint is on track, etc.
Ability to work well under ambiguity, challenges, or conflicting priorities
Hosting Weekly/Bi-Weekly planning/grooming sessions
Conducting Daily Stand ups
Facilitating meetings with multiple stakeholders for in-take, prioritization , status update.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
The MUST HAVES for this position is familiarity with Agile Methodology and Jira (or similar ticketing tool knowledge) and working with various stakeholders for coordination and communication. This individual will not be managing any team or work with stakeholders.

3-5 years of experience managing/coordinating projects
Agile Methodology is a MUST
Familiarity with Jira (or any similar ticketing tools)

Someone who has experience in managing analytics projects would be highly preferred
Any experience in payments or finance industry would be a huge plus
