Receive and process equipment and miscellaneous parts orders, requisition, communicate directly with customers in a timely and professional manner.
Generate and maintain operating procedures, specifically, those required for equipment order processing.
Create CAD models/Drawings in Autodesk Inventor of new equipment designs and existing equipment modifications.
Review order tracking for equipment suppliers to confirm shipments leave the facility on time or detect possible issues and propose a solving plan to reduce delay or cost impact.
Technical customer visits to get measurements and specs
Good communication and team working between customer site/sales team and EP Mexico team (responsible to Design and Workshop)
Supporting Sales to have complete scope of work in our Customer proposal
Provide project management, including on-site supervision/Advisory of project equipment installations


Associate Degree in engineering or design and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a made-to-order manufacturing process.
Minimum 2 years designing and drawing equipment with Autodesk Inventor (2D and 3D)
Experience handling technical customer visits preferred
Experience handling RFQ contractors and Installation Supervision/Advisory preferred
Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude looking for internal or external trainings and Technical information on internet to improve own and EP Team knowledge/skills, workload organization, increase productivity or quality process, reduce costs or improve customer satisfaction.
Ability to communicate with people from other countries/cultures (in English).
Strong interpersonal skills: able to form strong working relationships and communicate well with team members at all levels of the organization
