The Provider Scheduler will develop relationships with incoming and existing providers in assigned area/states, provide schedules for multiple states and shifts across the platform, and perform operational responsibilities for assigned providers. Incumbent will work in conjunction with the workforce management team, credentialing / onboarding, Area and Medical Leadership and providers to develop accurate and timely schedule releases, as well as manage provider leaves, time off, and other necessary schedule nuances.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create, coordinate, and maintain monthly schedules in Intrigma and GTS for all assigned areas. Manage time off requests, available workdays, and call-offs for all assigned providers. Ensure complete accuracy with schedules while ensuring providers are meeting contractual commitments
Responsible for understanding and maintaining appropriate labor models and understanding the service level agreements for MedExpress. Able to independently react and reassess scheduling demands based on changes to labor models and service level
Perform Ad hoc analysis on staffing demands/trends and/or explaining any deviations. Use analysis to respond to demands and make recommendations to Sr. Director of Medical Operations. Sr. Manager of Workforce Management for scheduling changes/improvements
Assist in development and maintenance of policies and procedures surrounding provider scheduling and MedExpress workflows within Intrigma
Develop a solid relationship with providers in assigned for MedExpress areas through telephonic and electronic communications
Work in conjunction with Payer Enrollment and Practice Solutions Liaisons to assist the process of Onboarding
Provide call coverage for emergency call-offs
Other duties as assigned by Sr. Director of Medical Operations. Sr. Manager of Workforce Mgmt., etc.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, appropriate experience may be substituted for education
Solid Excel experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule/OT as business volume and demands require

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in performing analysis and making data-based decisions
Experience creating work schedules, specifically for Providers, and managing daily service level agreements
Proven knowledge of Intrigma scheduling software and Kronos
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Well organized and be able to multi-task
Solid critical thinking skills
Demonstrated relationship-building skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only : The hourly range for Colorado residents is $46.78 to $85.05. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $46.78 to $85.05.
