Position : Quality Control Manager
Description :
We are seeking a QCM in JBLM, WA. Must have federal construction experience. 4 years minimum.
Position contingent upon award.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties such as architects and engineers
Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget guidelines
Ensuring that project managers are adequately trained and have the necessary resources to complete their tasks
Reviewing blueprints, sketches, and other plans for compliance with applicable building codes
Making sure that all work performed meets industry standards for quality
Reviewing bids from contractors to determine which ones will be awarded contracts
Managing a team of construction inspectors, ensuring that they are performing their jobs effectively
Reviewing contractor bids for accuracy and adherence to building codes and specifications
Inspecting work sites to ensure that projects are being performed according to plans
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
