RN including RN Residents – Surgical Unit at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, WA
This position will be working 12 hour rotating/variable shifts, 72 hours per 2 week pay period.

Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire or equivalent educ/experience.
Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Experience Required for a Nursing Resident:
Less than 1-year experience
Experience Required for a Nursing Fellow:
More than 1-year experience in area outside of specialty posted
Experience Required for a Staff RN:
1-year experience in nursing specialty posted
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing upon hire.
National Certification in area of specialty.
