Description :
As a Sales Experience Manager, you will support Disney Vacation Club Sales Cast Members at Walt Disney World. This includes coaching on sales techniques, training and maximizing operational efficiencies to influence interactions with Guests to promote Disney Vacation Club (DVC). This is a sales leadership role, with responsibilities that influence sales revenue goals. This role will spend 80% of the work week interfacing with cast members, supporting cast members in outdoor and indoor locations.

Responsibilities :

Overall Highlights of the Sales Experience Manager Role:

Lead the coordination and delivery of daily training and coaching for improved sales performance
Lead a high performing team to deliver a superb guest and DVC Member experience within theme parks and resorts locations
Apply the Journey Counselor Sales Approach to DVC sales process, and reinforce its value with the Disney Difference

Ongoing

Partner with Sales Leaders on CM training action plans
Shadow Cast Members (CMs), provide feedback and focus on continuous development of sales teams
Work side by side with CMs to evaluate needs and coach, and support their growth and development
Leverage resources such as Rubrics, training materials and Counselor Sales Approach to deliver effective coaching and upskilling
Lead video role plays and learnings by leveraging technology

Team Coaching & Training

Leverage Training & Development (T&D) materials to lead daily training huddles
Understand and deliver technology best practices for lead capture and lead generation
Leverage key sales insights to support product launches and business initiatives

Sales tactics

Work with leaders on plans to develop sales cast and maximizing results
Leverage resources such as Rubrics, training materials, etc. to tactically and technically coach for success
Lead video role plays leveraging technology (future state)

Basic Qualifications :

Experience assessing a team and developing an action plan to enhance team sales performance or relevant, related experience
Expertise working with partners to advise and provide solutions that anticipate opportunities and aid the decision-making process
Capability to share communication across teams, operationalize and assess change management and maximize sales efficiencies
Capability to recognize, retain and invest in the development of talent and satisfaction of the team by inspiring, increasing engagement and collaboration
Commitment to be part of a strong team-oriented culture, with emphasis on embracing an inclusive workplace environment
Availability to work any day of the week including weekends, holidays and nights

Required Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Real Estate License
