English Meadows Senior Living is a locally owned company providing excellent care to our wonderful Residents. We are passionate about assisted living and ensure each of our Caregivers look forward to the day just as much as our Residents at our communities.
As a Housekeeper, you can interact with our incredible Residents daily. We are looking for a caring and compassionate Housekeeper who will be responsible for keeping the community, common areas, and Resident rooms neat and clean. The housekeeper is responsible for laundering all lined and Resident person clothing.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Practices good infection control and universal precautions
Collect, wash, dry, fold and distribute linen and Resident personal laundry
Keep community neat and clean
Completes duties including but not limited to washing windows; taking out trash as needed; vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping daily
Clean bathrooms and carpets
Keep inventory count of supply linen and supplies on hand to perform duties
Observes and communicates any changes in Resident condition
Assist with training of new team members
Keeps and follows Emergency Procedures, Elopement, and all other procedures
Assists Maintenance department
Responsible for keeping Resident information confidential; respecting Resident rights; respecting privacy
Job Qualifications:
Must have an acceptable criminal record check
Documented TB screening
Must have or complete CPR/1st Aide within the first 60 days of employment
Must maintain an acceptable attendance record and follow work schedule
Self-starter, Organizes and utilizes time appropriately
Must perform all tasks with grace; works cooperatively with supervisors and displays willingness to assist co-workers
Has ability to spend long periods of time on their feet
Must be capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
