THE POSITIONWe’re looking for a full-time Service Dispatcher within the Lacey/Olympia market. This role will be compensated with an excellent salary and benefits.
Regular Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm PST. After hours emergency calls handled by on-call techs
Schedule Service Technicians to service calls and handles all customer calls.
Customer Service – Communicate to customers the status of repairs and service work
Schedule – Service Technician training, service calls, project work and routine maintenance work
Filing – Collect and organize service work orders, invoices, and packing slips
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
First point of contact for our technicians and customers
Scheduling & coordinating work for 15 service technicians
Accurately complete and submit technician payroll, weekly
Complete weekly work order audit, ensuring accuracy of information in the system to ensure proper billing and job costing
Working closely with the Sales department and Accounting departments
Tracking work orders for timely completion
Submit fixed price quoted work to customers
Ordering parts and equipment as needed
Check in parts upon arrival, communicate to technicians of availability
Communicating via phone and email to customers
Use of industry specific software to create work orders, purchase orders and update information

Base salary: $45K $55k+ based on industry experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-year experience with dispatching or scheduling
Minimum 2 years experience of customer service
Must have strong attention to detail
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Adapt well to a busy, constantly changing environment
Must be punctual and dependable with attendance
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office
General office skills such as multi-line phones, copying and filing
HVAC industry experience a plus
