Description :
Service Line Administrators serve as partners to the Clinical Directors and collaborate to implement consistent practices, processes, and protocols to ease integration across service lines with an emphasis on patient safety and quality of care. Valley View’s integrated program has a treatment team that includes Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental and Pharmacy. The goal of this patient centered integrated model is to treat the whole person and to increase ease of access to comprehensive health care. Service Line Administrators report directly to the Chief Clinical Integration Officer and serve as subject matter experts within Valley Views interdisciplinary teams, which typically includes primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other ancillary services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensure/Certification: Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma Certifications a plus. Experience: Five years of progressive supervisory and management experience, two years of experience managing operational or project budgets, and two years of healthcare related experience. Equipment/Skills:

Ability to lead in a culturally diverse environment and promote culturally competent care.
Ability to analyze, integrate and use quantitative data for informed decisions about

quality improvement

Ability to collaborate with Dyad partners, clinical staff, and teams to achieve expected

outcomes.

Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills, including de-escalation,

mediation, and public speaking skills, bilingual preferred. Ability to support, motivate and sustain a team-oriented culture

Strong attention to details, prioritization, and multi-tasking. Ability to work both
collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment within defined timelines.

Excellence in customer service, service recovery, and compliance resolution skills

Physical demands: Ability to physically perform the functions of the job, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching with or without reasonable accommodation. Status Classification: Salary PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Serves as the dyad partner with the Service Line Clinic Directors focusing on sustainability, growth and improvement processes
a. Provides program metrics and general administrative support to the clinical directors to promote and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of resource use
b. Leads Project Management Office work and serves as subject matter expert to other PMO project.
c. Implements short and long-range department goals, programs, and policies d. Establish key indicators to help monitor the success of their service line and how
these metrics impact the organization budget and fiscal obligations
2. Accountable for patient safety and quality of care a. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve patient outcomes, patient
experience b. Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations of law governing
clinical affairs c. Ensures standard workflow development and adherence to support onboarding
and staff training d. Ensures all policies and procedures are followed
3. Develops and strengthens community partnerships that expand access to our patients and
other community members in our service area a. Serve as the lead and/or representative for community partnerships and attend
associate meetings and events to enhance the image and reputation of the organization.
4. Pursues professional growth by building collaborative, cross-functional relationships and serving as a role model and mentor to other employees.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned. Standards: a. Follows guidelines established at time of assignment. b. Accepts assignments willingly. c. Prioritizes workload to ensure timely completion of assignment. d. Asks appropriate clarifying questions relative to scope of assignment.
