Larson Volkswagen is looking to fill an immediate opening for a Service Manager to help oversee production of our busy service drive. We are looking for a goal oriented, positive individual who can support our team to continue to be the best they can. The perfect candidate will have strong leadership skills, previous service advisor or technician experience. Knowledge with CDK and wiAdvisor is a plus!

Service Manager Responsibilities:
Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
Administer a monthly operating budget for service department.
Maintain reporting systems required by general management and the factory.
Supervise the performance of all employees within the service department.
Assist in hiring, training, motivating and counseling service personnel.
Assist the General Manager in achieving above average CSI scores.
Forecast aggressive, yet realistic, monthly goals and objectives for the department and individual sales staff.
Follow up on all unsold customers.
Provide enthusiastic and professional leadership.
Qualifications:
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
