Position : Service Purchase Order Processor
Description :
Raymond West is seeking an eager Service Purchase Order Processor to help support our Service Department! The Service Purchase Order Processor performs all task related to completing the Service vendor invoicing for all RHCC service vendor purchase orders.
Essential Functions:
Opens work orders in EBS for vendor invoices.
Take and log customer vendor calls and email requests.
Answers phones
Opens, processes, and receives purchase order numbers from vendors.
Enters battery SAP invoices for iTrack customers.
Post travel expenses to work orders
Other miscellaneous duties that may be required by Manager.
Review and maintain vendor WIP.
5S duties for the office
Emails Accounts@Raymondhandling.com customer special requirements
Education/Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. One-year experience in dispatching or administrative support and customer service. Good computer skills with knowledge of word and excel. Quick data entry skills will be expected and required. Accurate and efficient 10-key is also required.
