Description:Lockheed Martin wants you to bring your knowledge, skills and abilities to our Manassas, Virginia site. We are seeking an energetic problem solver with attention to detail, interest in process improvement, and great communication skills.
You will participate in all phases of software development management activities to include:
Employee hiring and retention
Process improvements
Team enablement
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
BS in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience working in a fast paced development environment
Desired Skills:
Experience with the latest and great techniques to foster digital transformation.
Agile development experience
Software or technical background
Hiring and maintenance of a technical staff
