About the job:
Stewards support best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. Stewards are responsible for washing and sanitizing all cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and other service items. They are in charge of maintaining the dish area, ensuring it remains clean, well-organized, and in compliance of work safety regulations. They are also responsible for the general cleanliness of the restaurant which includes cleaning walls and floors, emptying trash receptacles and cleaning and stocking restrooms. Beyond that, our Stewards make our Guests feel welcome, engaging with them, supporting their team mates to ensure Guests are cared for and generally help make sure Guest’s visits to Topgolf are meaningful and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
How You’ll Do It:
Maintain the dish area, kitchen, dining room, patio, and restrooms to the highest level of safety and sanitation
Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Ability to work on a team with energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
Key Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
Availability to work varied shifts, including which may include mornings, mid shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
Ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods of time
