Job Title:
Talent Hunter / Sourcing Recruiter
We are searching for a determined “Talent Hunter” who is passionate about what they do and who they represent. The individual we seek is a results-driven professional with relevant candidate sourcing experience.
Responsibilities:

Implement sourcing initiatives to ensure a constant pipeline of talented candidates
Identify candidates who are not actively seeking employment and create interest in Tudi as an employer
Properly vet candidates and connect qualified people with the right opportunity
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand candidate requirements and expectations
Establish relationships with technical/trade schools and universities to increase ‘on campus’ awareness and strength of the TUDI brand
Networking and relationship-building; connect with industry forums and social media groups to interact with qualified candidates
Understand the “big picture” and future employment needs of the Company
Possess sound business ethics and demonstrate integrity with regard to confidential and sensitive candidate/employee information
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the TUDI management team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree plus 3-years minimum candidate sourcing experience
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, internet search tools and/or social media networks to source and develop ongoing talent pools that meet strategic hiring needs

Skills:

Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Time management; ability to multi-task
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)
